Step-by-step guide
- Together, identify a topic that your team needs to consider or a problem they need to solve
- Create one or more questions that start with “How might we…”
- Review the question(s) to make sure they are focused on your audience and are actionable
- If you have many HMW’s, pick one to focus on, setting the others aside for now
